I have not seen any video like this one on YouTube so far! This might be the first one explained with this quality and depth into the WhatsApp API!
WhatsApp is used by billions of people and part of the reason is because of its interface; so why don’t we harness the WhatsApp interface by connecting it to our own AI Agent?
In this video, I’m going to show you how to use n8n to build something pretty cool: a personal AI agent that doesn’t just reply to text messages—it can also handle images and voice messages. All done using the WhatsApp API, which I will show you how to connect your n8n agent to. The multi-modality (especially the audio) makes it more useful and interactive than what you’ve probably seen in most tutorials in YouTube. You could imagine querying your personal assistant by audio whilst driving (joking, don’t do that) or whilst you are in a rush walking somewhere.
