Are we truly prepared for Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), or are we racing towards a future we’re not ready to handle?
In today’s video, I’m diving into the departure of Miles Brundage from OpenAI— someone who actually worked for 6 years in a role as Senior Advisor for AGI Readiness.
He has sounded the alarm on the challenges that lie ahead of us before AGI gets here. In this video, I’m going over the five critical deficits Miles identified—shared understanding, regulatory infrastructure, legitimacy, societal resilience, and differential technological development—that highlight how unprepared we are for AGI.
It’s my belief and now, my full-time mission through my AI integrations and educational company First Movers, to help humanity adapt as much as possible before we get hit sideways–blindsided and unaware of the huge era of abundance that is possible, thanks to AI.
Let’s discuss how to shape a future that benefits everyone.
